DIY: ADVENT CALENDAR

The festive month of December is quickly approaching, and if you’re celebrating Christmas, there’s no time like the present to begin planning for all the festivities!

In Scandinavia for example, it is common to have an Advent calendar that leads up to the days of Christmas. The tradition is to open one small gift each day of the Advent calendar, starting from December 1 until December 24/25.

But instead of purchasing a standard Advent calendar from your local supermarket, we’ve got a great and super-easy DIY tip for you that is fun for both adults and children – and looks great too! And to stay true to the nature of this blog, there’s naturally wood involved!
