Nordic Homeworx was founded in 2006 by Pauline Madani and Amir Al-Madani following their search for the highest quality wood flooring for their own home in Dubai. This pursuit of excellence led to the brand becoming the exclusive Middle East representative of Kährs of Sweden—the world’s oldest flooring manufacturer still in production.

To this day, we remain proud partners, offering our clients access to Kährs’ exceptional products alongside our expert services across the UAE and the wider Middle East.

In addition to our 600+ sqm showroom and office space at Sidra Tower, we operate two expansive warehouses in Dubai Investments Park (DIP), offering over 1,000 sqm of storage space. These facilities are continuously stocked with a curated selection of our most popular Kährs flooring solutions and accessories, ensuring availability and efficiency across projects.

From this base, we also run Kährs Academy—our dedicated training programme designed to educate industry professionals across both theoretical and technical disciplines. The academy covers everything from best-practice principles and in-depth product knowledge to hands-on installation training for flooring and accessories, tailored to a wide range of real-world project scenarios.
